This property was in terrible disgusting condition. Sheets were dirty, floors and all tabletops filthy, broken air conditioner. TV and fridge broken, so was the micro wave. Amenities not what claimed. Hot tub was empty and broken, staff did everything they could but the just didn't have anything to work with.

I am a travel nurse that stayed my entire 16 weeks with the hotel. The staff treated me like family. They always had my room ready and always catered to all my needs any time of day or night.

The place was horrible it was run down bathroom floor sunk in sheets had stains on them no breakfast requested a non smoking room and got a smoking room

Scary

I was afraid to get out of my car. The hotel looked run down and was not in a safe part of town. I did not stay there. When I tried to contact someone from Hotels.com I was not able to do so. The ethical right action for you to do is to refund my money and take this hotel off your list.

This place did nor have any of the amenities promised in the description. Additionally, I had to call and request a remote from the front desk for the TV. There were footprints and blood stains on the pillows. The ceiling in the shower was falling down and everyone was in total disrepair.

I was scheduled to stay three days there, as there was no other rooms available in town. At least the hotel was near where I was working. When I went to check in after 10 hours of traveling. There was no one at the front desk to check me in and no one answered the desk phone or the main line. After waiting for more than an hour I had to drive 20 minutes to find another room in another town. When I checked in the following day there was still no one at the front desk. At least they answered the phone this time. The whole building smelled of smoke. Then my non smoking room was dirty and had cigarette burns on the tables and lamps. It also had a disabled smoke detector with a plastic bag wrapped around it. Not wanting to die in a hotel fire in a disgusting hotel, I decided this was not the place for me. When I went to checkout there was no one at the front desk yet again and no one answered the phone. I have yet to receive a refund. Do not stay here.

If I could do minus Stars I sure would this place was disgusting. I want my money back. There was no towels no toilet paper no cups in the room and the place stunk

There was nothing positive about this place it was dirty under construction nothing works bed bugs cockroaches the place was a nightmare would not recommend it to anyone
