We felt comfortably welcome the moment we walked through the door! What an amazing, cozy atmosphere. Couches and fireplaces throughout the facility! The hot cocoa bar and hot tub, hot breakfast, watching the fish and turtles, everything added to a very relaxing stay.

We've stayed here A LOT. The food is really really bad. Love the space. Way too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. The whole property could use a makeover!

Overall this place has charm but is definitely dated and a bit dirty. The pool and hot tub were packed with people so we did not enjoy those items. The HVAC in our room was very loud and came on every 10 minutes or so despite adjuments - I got a terrible nigths sleep. There was food stuck to the side of the night stand next to my bed - gross. The vanity was chipped in several places and cracked at the drain - needs updating. Found some hair in the tub. Loved the coy pond and turtles. Front desk was very curt.

Our family was in town for a ski trip and booked this lodge particularly for the hot tub (called the day before to confirm its working condition), as advertised on their website. IN short the hot was NOT working and the management offered to upgrade our room to a Suite with Hot Tub, which was appreciated after a long day on the slopes. Arrival at our room was a shock to see that the room contained no more than a standard tub, wiht no jets. Guess they just wanted us to go away. We will not be back and I highly recommend you find more suitable accomodations bc their website is not accurate.,

I always stay at the Fireside when l visit family..My only complaint was with my room. I was unable to turn on the bath faucet and used the tub faucet for water. Because this is only an overnight l made do. I will mention it at checkout. Otherwise my stay is always pleasant. I would like to mention that l had a super bad experience with an extremely rude manager/owner of the W. Leb.Best Western. Will never use.a B.W. again. Sticking with The Fireside....

The decor of the hotel was decorated nicely for the holidays but the rooms are very old and dirty. The beds were fine but the bathroom was old and dingy! The hair dryer had old makeup all over it, the shower curtain was old and ripped! We were hardly there so I didn’t make a big deal out of it and the kids didn’t care! The staff were very nice and the pool area was nice for the kids but I would never stay there again.
