Never again!!!
The room we rented was found dirty, dog hair all over the bed sheets, pillows, floors and under the bed and extra blankets. We are allergic to any pet hair, had to purchase own cleaning supplies. We had to cleaning the room, table, couch and bathroom. We requested the bed sheet be changed for the night. We were told they couldn't accommodated the request and we had sleep on dirty sheets. We were told a cleaners were coming, no one showed up, they only delivered clean sheet the next day they were delivered in a garbage bag left outside the front door. The renter agency were not able to work with us such a horrible experience and ruined our 20th wedding anniversary.

DO NOT STAY HERE
When we arrived in our room, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Our bed was stained with pee on the bed skirt and other stains on the bed cover. There was dirt and hair all over the floors. The coffee pot hadn't been cleaned from the previous tennant. The bathroom reeked of pee. Our cable was not hooked up, my husband had to hook it up himself. The TV remote was coated in what looked like snot. The walls were filthy. When we contacted Vacasa about these issues, they of course transferred our call to the property manager who was rude to us about these issues. He then said, "Well I'm going to come down there and look at this. I was in that room." When he got there, he questioned us when we showed him there were pee stains on the bed and about the smell in the bathroom. His response to the bathroom smell was, "well its not pee, it's mold. And Lynn cleaned it so I know it's clean." And his response to the stains on the bed was, "And you think that's pee?" Honestly, it doesn't matter if it was pee or not, why is my bed stained?! I had to ask him for new sheets, he didn't offer. Then he brought me the wrong size sheets for the bed. We had a king size bed and we got queen size sheets. I expressed to him that I was not expecting a five star hotel. We just wanted the basics. We paid a good deal of money and traveled far to stay there for a week, and we had a small child with us. His response to this was, "I'm going to be frank, we sell THAT." (He was pointing at the ocean) in a nutshell, he basically told us he didn't care what our stay was like because they sell the view that comes with the rooms. I asked for our money back and for someone to come in and clean the room again and all he did was refund me a small amount of the cleaning fee. When we saw him throughout the week, he didn't check in on us or ask us how our stay was, he just avoided us. If I could upload pictures of this place, I would. Take your money elsewhere.

Clean and Comfy
Spent the weekend here to enjoy a couple days on the coast. Room was as advertised, linens were clean and bed was comfy. Plus the ocean view was great! A couple of things to know - there was compressor that ran incessantly on the floor below our unit giving off a low, constant vibration day and night. The coffee pot was missing the lid and was visibly dirty when we checked in. The fridge worked but the freezer section had not been defrosted in a long time and was overfull with ice. And the walls were pretty thin, glad we were on an end unit to limit how much we heard from adjacent rooms. Parking was difficult - the spots were small and not many available. Not a bad stay overall, just sharing details you may not otherwise see in the listing.

Except for the dirty carpet, the room was comfortable.
Loved the views and proximity to the ocean. Comfortable room, the dirty carpet was my only issue.

Nasty carpets, Parking lot junky.
We have a small pet, and was shocked at the filthy unine stained carpets. We were taking our Grandson on a special trip to the beach and had he not been with us we would have rejected this room. This place is suppose to be Pet and Kid friendly, Not True. The perimeter of the parking lot is dangerous and filthy. The dumpster is in plain sight and heaving over with garbage, there are spikes of fencing poles coming out of the ground where if a child were to fall would be dangerous. There is no place for kids to play. Just because this place is Pet and Kids friendly should not mean that we are willing to accept these conditions. We do not live this way at home and should not have to accept them when staying at a so called Pet and Kids friendly establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone........ Barry Cook

Property OK, but I was overpriced from adverstising.
The unit location was good with ocean views. However, It was noisy at night. I was extremely disappointed that VRBO charged me $80 more than I should have paid if I had booked with Vasca directly. I have had good service in the past, but now probably will not use VRBO again

Great location great view.
Smelled of pet and had pet hair on the futon. The mattress has springs and is older and not comfortable. Loved the view, room set up and deck.

The room was just like the picture and the view is beautiful. The housekeeping people were very nice and helpful. Although the walls have very little insulation as the people sounded as if they were right in the room with you. It was hard to sleep some nights. Also a caution for the beach access....It is a little hike with lots of stairs and paved/gravel road and then a very rough negotiation across large boulders to reach the beach. You may need to go to a public beach area for easy access.

Very nice view, but a number of suggestions for improvement.
The stay here was overall fine. The booking, check in & out, price, cleanliness, basic features were fine. The parking here was a nightmare & in the evening, returning after a long day out at the beach or what not, finding a spot was difficult. The wifi in the unit very rarely connected & when it did, was so deficient that it was senseless to even attempt using it and the beach access was very steep & tremendously strenuous - which could have been outlined better in the property description. Disappointed in the obvious overlook on these simple issues that are easy to communicate & basic expectations. Overpromising & under delivering isn't the best sales tactic. IMHO. Regardless, it was a nice stay - again - great view from the seahorse upper level units.

Perfect little place
The condo was better than I expected. It is a top floor, end unit. Upon entering the room one is greeted by the spectacular view of the ocean. The room itself is clean and nice. It's not a five star hotel but is it feels clean and looks new. Nice fireplace on the corner, you can open the sliding glass doors and sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. One can also walk down the property, down a block and be right on the beach. The only thing I would suggest is that the owner include an ironing board and an iron. Oh, and on the last night we had neighbors that were either talking pretty loud or the walls are just not too sound proof. Regardless, our stay was great and we are going to stay here again!
