I was traveling alone and arrived after dark. No lights on at all in the parking lot or the door entrance. I told the desk clerk. He said they were automatic, when it gets dark they cone on. They did not come on. He got on the phone & attempted to get it corrected. There was another employee at the desk so I asked if he could walk with me to get my things out of my car. So they did & helped get my things.

Not Service animal Friendly

Not service animal friendly at all. Charged us for a service animal $ 75 plus a $100 deposit, then did not want to return the deposit. Hard uncomfortable bed, crappy blankets and sheets. Towels were cheap.

Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located. The desk clerk seemed a bit put out that we paid in cash, but other than that, everything was great! Good buffet choices on the breakfast menu, convenient parking, elevator and quiet!

The real problem is not the hotels

La Quinta quality and service has declined significantly. However the bigger problem is these 3rd party companies. Save yourself the headache. We had two reservations and they had my elderly parents waiting in the lobby for these companies to resolve the issue of why payment was not received to the hotel. Don’t even bother. Book straight through your choice of hotel.

This hotel was clean, the bed was great, and conveniently located. Several customers (including me) did not realize they had $100 deposit until you checked in. Not a huge deal because they reimburse you but for those that don’t like a hidden fee, take note.

I didn't realize that it would be so many pets at the hotel. Everyone is not dog friendly but we have choices. Bathroom upgrades are needed as well as new lamps.
