No one was at the front desk upon check-in. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. Room was fair. we asked for a room with no bathtub but we got one that had a bathtub.We stayed there multiple times, a little disapointed this stay.

Just want to say a quick note about how delighted I was with our stay. Although it was quick I was very pleased. I am very particular when it comes to hotels as I have had nightmare experiences in the past so this hotel stay was a breath of fresh air. My main concern is always cleanliness and was very happy with this hotel experience. We will be back again.

This hotel was conveniently off I-95. Needed a place to sleep on my long drive going up North. Checked in around 12 am, the process was quick and effortless. The room was large clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and there was a nice selection. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was very well rested and well feed after my stay. I’m happy with my choice to stay at this Hampton Inn.

Not worth the hype, overpriced and uncomfortable
We usually stay at the Holiday Inn (IHG) on the same street every year when we stop for the night but this year we decided to give Hampton Inn a chance because it was highly rated (and part of Hilton). We paid about $50 more for the night than what we would have if we stayed at Holiday Inn. We left disappointed and really confused as to how Hampton Inn received such good ratings. It was clean for the most part (someone elses hair was still in the shower when we arrived), but my major disappointment was the super uncomfortable beds. You would expect these beds at a motel, they were hard and squeaky with every turn. I’m pretty sure it felt like my grandmother bed back in 1960. Will not stay here again, but will continue to go back to Holiday Inn.
