Excellent stay!!

My stay was great!! The staff are so very nice and helpful! When I checked in the evening of 9/7/2024 the woman at the front desk was so very nice!! I unfortunately didn’t write down her name, but she was great!! The day I checked out, 9/9/2024, Cynthia at the front desk was really nice, and Chealsa was so very kind to help me load my belongings in my car. I have a bad hip and Chealsa, who does the laundry, was just SO NICE!!! Please give her a raise!!! She knows what customer service is!! The only thing that I’d suggest, would be luggage carts that do not have an opening in the bottom; small bags fall through your luggage carts! The rectangular, solid bottomed carts are better! - Overall, an excellent stay!!!!

Wonderful hotel in Macon

I was in town for the Labor Day Road Race. This hotel impressed me in many ways. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. Being able to control the TV with my phone was a definite plus. Plaudits go to housekeeper Nazeen for making up my room while I was running my race.

Would stay again!

Very friendly staff. We were first given a room that the sink was leaking & they were quick to move us to another room & even brought the key up to us as soon as I called. There’s bites for breakfast were really good.

This hotel was very clean, close to everything and quiet. The young man at the front desk was exceptional and so kind. The stay was a pleasure!

AVID- The staff at this hotel that checked me in charged my card FOUR times without my consent - totaling near $500!!! She did not know what she was doing. Every time I went to my room she had charged my card. I went to the front desk to get the charges removed and somehow - she charged me yet again. The next morning, I went to get the charges straight - they gave me a letter to take to my bank to remove (not all - but just some of) the charges. So now in a strange city - I am to find a bank - making it even more inconvenient. For my 2-night stay - I paid $500. Which they said some would fall off in 5-7 biz days. Still waiting for my refund. I was never compensated for my inconvenience from Manager April. Never did I receive a phone call. I will NEVER stay here again. Do not give these ppl your card. You will be sorry. And the breakfast is TERRIBLE. Not worth the trouble. Very disappointing stay. :(
