Trains ran all night and day. When I got here they didn’t have a reservation for me. I had to pay $50 more for the same room. No one I gave emailed will reply. Never using you again.

The rooms was absolutely disgusting. Still haven’t received a refund. And the person working the desk was defensive not apologetic.

The staff was extremely helpful when we asked to change rooms because a train runs behind the propery and our room was right next to the tracks. The continental breakfast was very disappointing. Not to the standards of HI Hotels that i usually stay at. The bed was so uncomfortable.
