Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. This is an older property in a strange location overlooking the back of a strip mall and dumpsters. The rooms were ok but dated. I will not stay here again.

More than likely the worst hotel.I've ever stood in my life.The place was run down.It smelled nothing worked lighting.Going up to the 3rd floor was just an adventure.It was more Complex than anything else the room stung Everything about the place was totally terrible We get to the free breakfast early And they tell. Us that it's first come firsreserve , what is Wrong with this place.You should never even think about Getting a room here

We stayed here for our elopement. It was a very cute bed and breakfast which served our needs perfectly. The rooms were cute and fresh breakfast. Staff was very friendly… would definitely stay here again!
