The Details!
Our beautiful condo is located in Sierra Megeve, which is directly across from the lifts at the newly renovated Canyon Lodge and only 1 mile to the Village! If you haven't been to Mammoth, the Canyon Lodge area is the most convenient location to stay. Steps to the lifts, yet just 1 mile to all the restaurants, shops and entertainment in the Village. You can walk, take the free gondola (seasonally) from Canyon right into the village, or take the convenient shuttle which picks up right outside of our condo. Leave your car in the covered garage, and the hassle of parking behind, as you walk to the lifts. You can even walk home for lunch! (Please see photos provided of google maps to see our exact location to the lifts and Canyon Lodge). We are also ideally located for many of the fun summer and fall activities that Mammoth offers too! From biking to hiking, or just relaxing, our location is serene and beautiful. If you haven’t been to Mammoth in the summer/fall and don’t know all there is to do, just ask and I will send you my favorite hiking, biking and other activities that may be challenging to discover on your own.
Our condo has an open floor plan with all high end finishes, custom furnishings, top of the line appliances, heated floors, luxury bedding...the list goes on. The kitchen is a cooks dream, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, from a holiday spread to a pre-ski breakfast. There is also a built in water purifier, so no need to haul water with you! (Feel free to email me if you have a specific questions about what items are in the kitchen.)
There are two true primary bedrooms, each with ensuite, highly upgraded bathrooms with heated floors and double vanities, King size Stearns and Foster Luxury Firm mattresses with 550 thread count pima cotton linens and down duvets, 40" Sony tv's with apple tv’s, cozy window seats with sunny easterly facing mountain views, and plenty of hangers and dresser drawer space. All linens including duvet covers are laundered between every guest. Decorative bed items have been permanently removed for sanitary reasons.
The third bedroom is the bunk room. It features an amazing custom built log bunk bed with a queen and three twin beds. Organic woodland creatures print sheets and warm duvets will keep the kids snug and happy! The third bathroom is located directly across from this bunk room and also has heated floors, a Carrera marble vanity, and beautiful custom tiled shower.
When you are ready to relax, retreat to the great room with its soaring ceilings, start a real fire with the provided wood in the beautiful custom fireplace, settle into the massive custom made sectional sofa, and turn on the 60" Sony Flat Panel tv. There is also high speed internet, cable TV with HBO, Tivo, Apple TV, and Hulu.
The complex offers one underground parking space for one vehicle, and one extra vehicle in a guest spot as available. TWO CARS MAXIMUM ARE ALLOWED. There is a heated pool (summer only), large spa, and laundry facilities (in addition to our in unit laundry). Our unit faces Southeast with views of the trees and mountains. Is not on the noisy road side!
PLEASE NOTE: we are located on the third floor (two floors above garage) and also have a flight of stairs to the upper master within our unit. There is NO elevator in the complex, but the stairs are interior, carpeted, and accessible from the garage. No pets are allowed for renters per HOA rules.
**This is a privately owned condo and we (the owners) reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If guests arrive with more people in their party than stated on their reservation, no one will be permitted to enter and no refund will be issued. Unauthorized overnight guests, pets, or smoking on the property after arrival will be cause for immediate eviction of the entire party with no refund. Please contact owner prior to arrival if amount of guests in your party changes.
