The kitchen has a door leading to the rear patio and a pine staircase leads up to two bedrooms. The master double has an ornamental fireplace and sea views, and there is also a single bedroom.
The Mount rises out of the sea and is topped by its magnificent castle which can be reached on foot at low tide, otherwise by small boat. The cottage stands on the main street of the ancient market town of Marazion, the ideal location for family holidays with beaches and watersports including windsurfing, paddle-boarding, kite-surfing and sailing. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within yards and nearby are cliff-top walks and excellent bird-watching at Marazion Marshes RSPB reserve. Penzance, 3 miles, is a relaxed town with many amenities and helicopter or boat trips to the Isles of Scilly. Shops 220 yards.
