The staff was awesome we had an issue with our room and they were so fast to take care of it. The rooms are a bit small but it is San Diego, and primarily I speak of the restroom dining room kitchenette area which is all of 2x2. My mom was with us on the trip trying to do business from her laptop and she was having a hard time with the Wi-Fi. The front counter staff was trying to fix it but last I heard it was never resolved by checkout. If you're going to the San Diego Zoo or staying in San Diego for whatever reason this place is right off the freeway but if you wanted to walk it's not near anything that is considered walkable in our world. I think it was at least a 30-minute walk to like the nearby Walgreens it's got you kind of pinned between a river and a freeway. It is really close to an awesome little restaurant called Remy's ($$$ great happy hour though)

Office staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the mornings was very good with lots of options. The rooms need some updating, air conditioner didn’t work, WiFi wasn’t good.

We came in for the weekend to attend the Sawyer Brown concert at the fair and stayed the weekend. The hotel staff were always pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast had good choices for even those on a strict diet. The only dislikes were the outside entrance to the rooms and the bed was not comfortable. Other than that we had a great stay.

The outside pool was an unexpected surprise, it was awesome and a nice setup. Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts in terms of options and everys staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. New favorite Grants Pass hotel

Very clean hotel

Outside was very clean, smaller pool but we managed:). The guy at the front desk was so friendly and respectful and made jokes! Many options for breakfast but small space! They do offer to go boxes which was nice! FYI there is a hallway to the other side of the hotel (located in the middle) you won’t see a sign being at the end. They provide very small shampoo and conditioners so if you are traveling with more than one head of hair for more than a day, bring some!

We found hundreds of ants in our room after returning from dinner. They were the smelly kind & were found on the TV cabinet & in the bathroom as well. Perhaps you should spray around the outside of the hotel. We were in room 123 - ground floor & corner room.
