Im in just shock. I just checked in late evening 10/13. Resort fees are outrageous. I got to my room and identified the following issues immediately: - Leaking shower - Dust on almost everything - not actually cleaned - wallpaper coming off. I am extremely disappointed as this was our first choice for our honeymoon hotel. We Will be here for 6 days- lets hope experience gets better and doesn’t not get worse by the day. 10/19/2024 *UPDATE* We were moved to a different room the same night. The new room was still dirty but cleaner than the previous one. -Chipped paint -Nail clippings from previous person on the floor -Stained bed sheets (we ended up purchasing our own) -Old food crumbs -Trash under the couch -Dust/sand under the rug (its Florida so the sand is understandable) -Dirty Rug -Leaking shower Needless to say- almost every other guest we met shared how they had the same experience. Staff was very pleasant, breakfast was delicious

It was a beautiful hotel and I had a fan with me for at night, so it was nice and quiet. The beds (queen) were small and not very comfortable. The $50 a day for valet parking was also a bit much considering they didn’t have a self parking option. The location was great, plenty to do!!

A very nice place to stay. The rooms are a little bigger and nicer than most of the places on the strip and for a lot cheaper. If you do want to hit the strip it’s not very far of a walk from this place either, so all around just a great place for a Miami south beach stay.

My stay was okay. Room was freezing upon arrival. I tried to turn the ac down but it didn’t work. I didn’t get help until the next day after letting them know the first night. The room was way more worn down than I expected. Hair in the bathroom and living room area. Beds were ok but one was a little dirty so I used the other one. They were great with early check in and late checkout though!

The valet driver smelled terribly of marijuana which isn’t a problem but it was so bad that my wife got a head ache. So him operation my vehicle was already a disaster for me mentally but being on my honeymoon I had to keep my composure. The check in process was very simple, explained the WiFi and how it works and handed us our continental breakfast vouchers with very minimal explanation regarding it and little did I know that I was scammed. Getting to the room every thing seemed somewhat clean but definitely not up to my expectation after reading the “reviews” left regarding the property and its integrity. The bathroom door did not close and the bathroom was actually pretty scary to be in, felt like prison. The room was beautiful and the wallpaper was very nice. The view was the only thing that kept me sane during this honeymoon as we were not acknowledged as newly weds which I don’t care but I wrote ahead of time to see if something can be done but I guess not. The tv was outdated and did not function correctly at times but was able to sleep well despite the issues surrounding my mental state at the time. Imagine overthinking that you could have picked a better place on your honeymoon. It was crazy cause at check out I saw people getting handed a champagne bucket simply cause they asked. Breakfast was the highlight of the nightmare as we go to hostess and she acts clueless to what I’m saying in mind you English and Spanish (I’m Hispanic) and guided us over to a

The room needed a deep clean. Some fixtures were loose, carpet by the bed with paint stain. The location was very convenient and the views to the bay outstanding. The personnel were very polite. Spa was great. The gym has a few treadmills that need maintenance, it has a view to the bay which makes the gym routine lovely.
