Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in from the moment I walked in the door the customer service is top tier Champaign while I check in an friendly faces the property was beyond gorgeous from the people that clean to the pool staff the level of feeling welcomed was the best I have ever experienced in my life the rooms were beautiful the balcony view was literally to die for thank you Mondrian for making my stay so memorable

Hotel was very clean and staff was pleasant. Walkig distance to everything. My only complaint was property needs a facelift. You can see elevator i terior starting to deteriorate, missign tiles on exterior of building and room condition fading. They do their bedt keepig it clean and overall nice hotel but def needs a facelift.

Close enough to get to activities on Ocean Drive far enough to enjoy life at the pool! DJ was amazing so fun poolside was popping! Close enough to Whole Foods but hotel offered good choices also. Had a wonderful stay

Stay was meh. I was a guest and felt like I kept getting stopped for so many arbitrary rules. For instance, grabbed coffee and tried to walk to the pool. I was rudely stopped and told I couldn’t bring coffee to the pool. I felt like the hotel went out of its way to be less accommodative to guests as a catch all to prevent outside people coming in. The location does not lend itself to randoms coming to use the facilities. Treat your guests like guests.

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing pool & the room was so clean and comfortable. I’m visually impaired & the staff couldn’t be more accommodating, showing me around everywhere within the hotel, making sure I can find everything and helping me with so much. Hotel staff, restaurant staff and pool staff have all been incredibly helpful & kind & checked up on me. I can’t rate my stay highly enough. Thank you, this does not happen everywhere & I really appreciated it!
