Our favorite place to stay in Destin! Always clean, right across the street from public beach access (which means quiet evenings!) and a great little pool for the kids to play in or take a quick dip.

Better places in the area

When we checked in, the access number we were provided didn't work and the property manager was unavailable with no return calls. We stood outside for the better part of an hour when we were finally able to get in touch with someone who could let us in. Floors were very sandy upon entry and there was sand in the beds. The property was ok, with a convenient location, but we had to do some cleaning upon arrival.

Seabreeze 105 is the best

Just a 5 minute walk and your toes are in the sand Complete with pool and hot tub, it also includes outdoor grills and laundry machines. Chris Chico and VRBO are unbeatable.

Our Happy Place

We stay in this unit each year when we come to Destin for our family vacation. We love the convenience of stepping off the deck and the pool is just a few feet away. We can enjoy our coffee and watch our grandchild at the same time. The beaches are beautiful and only a few steps further than the pool. We will be back next year.

We had a great time in Miramar with the close location to the beach and the beach toys that were provided at the condo. Pool was very clean and check in was super easy! We enjoyed our stay and will return soon!

Great place to Stay

The property owners were great. Easy check in process. They answered all of our questions promptly. The condo was decorated nicely with all that you needed and so very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The place and location is so much better in person than the pictures show. Pool was so clean and warm as it was only 60 degrees a couple days we were there. Beach was just a step across a small street. So nice!!! We will be back for another stay!!!
