Gulf Winds East #43 is a spacious 2 bed/2.5 bath Relaxing COASTAL townhome - great for families needing a little extra room. Each bedroom offers a comfortable KING bed, private ensuite bath and a partial Gulf View balcony. The second bedroom includes Twin bunks (children only). Gated Beach & Beachside Gazebo - less than 2 minutes door to sand! We hope you make a lifetime of beach memories at Gulf Winds East #43!

ENJOY:
LIVING AREA is furnished with modern coastal furniture. You can enjoy a family night with a 55" Roku TV.
KITCHEN has just been remodeled (2025) with new countertops, stainless appliances and has plenty of cookware for a family meal.

RELAX:
BEDROOM #1 is upstairs with KING bed and a private bath. There is also a 55" RokuTV and plenty of storage. Bistro seating for morning coffee on your private Gulf view balcony.
BEDROOM #2 is just across the hall with a KING BED along with TWIN BUNKS and a private bath. A 50" Roku TV and partial gulf view balcony.

WASHER/DRYER are located in the downstairs half bath.

Gulf Winds East complex has a large seasonally heated Pool for our guests to enjoy. Walk to Captain Dave's, Kenny D's and Pompano Joes. We are centrally located to all things Destin - just a short drive to shopping, dining and family fun.
We offer contactless check-in for your safety! Your Welcome Packet is emailed prior to your arrival.

**SUPPLIES**
A starter package of paper products is provided but not replenished. We recommend you bring extra paper products for an enjoyable stay.
Linens for the condo are provided. Beach towels are not provided and bath towels are not permitted to be taken to the beach. Extra charge for damaged linens.

**DEPARTURE CLEANING**
Our cleaning company will prepare the townhome for your arrival. We ask you leave it in a neat condition.
We do ask that you take out garbage and load dishwasher & start cycle.
Please remember this is our family vacation home and we expect you to treat it as your would your own.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Miramar Beach. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

My family and I stayed through the week of July 4th and we had the most amazing experience. The owners were very nice and quick to respond! The house was clean and a perfect place for a family to stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone! Excited to stay again hopefully soon.

Great townhouse, great location
We loved our stay, the townhouse was equipped with everything we needed, and the location was great. Close access to the beach, loved that is was private beach access that was something we were looking for when renting. The beach service was a extra added thing that we used every day. Check and and check out was seamless. The one bedroom with the bunks worked perfect for our kids, the master doesn’t have bunks but maybe that’s something they could add later that would be a added plus? It still had plenty of room with the couch downstairs. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!!

The property was exactly what i was expecting from the pictures. Nothing misleading. I was not disappointed with anything. The house was clean and comfortable. The beach was just a short and convenient walk. I appreciated how this unit was on the end as it made parking right infront of our unit easy and private. The private beach and chair/umbrella set up was wonderful! I will never book another stay without that! Mrs. Belinda was super sweet and easy to communicate with. I will definitely consider this unit again 🌞

Amazing Stay
This place was amazing. The home was beautiful and clean. The layout and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our 3 adults and 3 children. The beach was so convenient and the chairs and umbrellas being provided was such a huge plus. Parking was very easy, as this unit is at the end of a line of units. I definitely recommend this place!

The property is super close to the beach (closer than the map depicts). House has tons of windows and lots of natural light. The townhouse is very updated, beautiful decorated and clean. The closet is stocked with tons of beach toys, very nice chairs, and 2 umbrellas. I recommend this townhouse - it was very nice.

This is a great place for a family! The bedroom with the queen bed and bunk beds was perfect for us. Very clean, quiet, and spacious place. I especially liked that it was at the end of the building away from the busy road.

Fall Break Beach Vacay
Gulf Winds 43 DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! We had a wonderful Fall Break getaway at the beach. The condo was amazing and Belinda is a wonderful host! The location is perfect with such a short walk across the street to the most beautiful sand and water. Bedroom layout with queen bed and bunks in one room was great for family with children. 5 STARS!!!!! We will be back for sure!
