The hotel seemed older. The woman on staff the next morning was rude and not helpful as we were trying to get a refund for the next stay there. The bed was horrible, I woke up to a sore hip, unable to walk down to the breakfast hall. That was our reason for wanting to leave. The conditioner pump in the shower was almost empty when we checked in. They seemed cheap on giving us extra pillows. The tissues in the room felt like I was using cheap toilet paper for my nose. Also the place was packed with a party of parents and junior high kids that were staying there that night/playing in the elevators and 2 of the boys stunk from whatever sport they played in having to ride up with them in the elevator because they were using them to run away from other kids. We wanted to use the courtyard to unwind that night but couldn’t because that whole group was so loud and took up the whole courtyard. The restaurant at the hotel was a joke. They had very limited dining options after viewing their restaurant menu so we decided not to dine there. This is a spa hotel and there was nothing luxurious about it!

Check in was tedious and long even at 430 in afternoon. Staff was not a happy group. No eye contact when walkig in or out of lobby, more concerend talking amongst themselves. Clean and comfortable place . Found out after that its totaly pet friendly which i dont like that they didnt have seperate non pet friendly rooms . Pool and spa looked nice although didn't partake. Did get a massage at spa. THAT was my highlight. GAbby was awesome.

The only issue we had was when we got to our room and the air conditioner wasn’t working neither was the phone. Maintenance was there within 20 minutes of reporting it and was fixed in minutes. Air conditioner just needed to be reset. No biggie!
