Although staff was very pleasant , the hotel room could have been a little bit more tidy as there was a rubber cleaning glove left behind in the room . Parking was horrible, and could barely fit our SUV in the parking spaces…. Security was also an issue as there were no badge in badge out for main doors after hours! The iron in our room was old and terrible and ruined a pair of my shorts that I had for the vacation. New irons need to be put in those rooms!! The bed was comfy view was nice, living space was comfortable bathroom was decently clean! Overall we enjoyed our stay and thanks for having us.

This is an older motel. Staff are all friendly and very helpful. Does not have direct beach access. I love that it sits in a marsh and has a pier you can walk out on. We had an enjoyable 4 days there.

We have stayed at Palm Suites many times and this was by far our worst experience there. The room was run-down, the A/C was loud and smelly, and some type of bug bit me repeatedly in the night.

You get what you pay for…barely!
Some things to note: the beds are beyond uncomfortable. The entire establishment smells of mildew (strongly). The beach access is a good 20 minute walk (if you’re in shape like myself).

Nice location, lovely view of back bay, clean facility. Bed lacked firm support, no daily room service, had to exchange towels and get supplies from front desk. Tiled floor got sandy. Nice dock and gazebo.

Our room was perfect, with just about everything we needed. Friendly staff, clean, quiet, easy to get to the places we wanted to visit. Pool was warm and clean, and the walkway in the back was a great place to have a snack!

The room we stayed in had hair in the bathtub and the sheets were not changed on the bed as there was hair in the bed. Also, the coffee pot was used and never cleaned out as coffee was on the bottom of the carafe and coffee pack was in the basket.
