Last minute booking and the price was right so I didn’t expect much. I was wrong. Checkin was extremely easy and quick. The woman who checked us in was friendly and pleasant. I could tell immediately that the hotel was clean. Our room was very clean and had full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash and body lotion. This was a big plus. The air conditioner worked great (which we’ve had problems with in other hotels). The free breakfast was also very good. Cheese omelets/sausage/assorted muffins, scones,etc/cereal/waffle maker/fruit/oatmeal/coffee and juices. One of the better continental breakfasts we’ve had in a while! The gym was great and although we didn’t go in the pool, it looked nice as well. The only negative is that we weren’t staying longer. I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s also very close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Cracker Barrel is right down the road. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay with a slight inconvenience

Everything was great as usual except there was only one elevator working the whole 4 days we wre there. This made coming and going a little difficult especially in yhe morning, when housekeeping is tryig to use the elevators with all the breakfast traffic

Front desk staff very friendly helpful. Room was in need of some repairs number not on the door. Door closure was broken had to have it removed ac was not working properly and our room was not the only one with that issue tiles on bathroom floors loose other than repairs room was clean comfortable and if we had requested I'm sure we could have changed room

Checkin with Akeem was easy and he was pleasant with a smile and dinner recommendation. Facility was extremely clean and it was so nice to see when the workers arrived in the morning they were happy, joking with each other an it seemed it is a great work environment. Breakfast options are the normal options of waffles, premade eggs with some sort of sausage, breads, oatmeal. I love that they have a refillable water bottle station by the lobby.
