Cable, room phone was inop and fridge was unlevel. Did get another room with a YES answer that those issues will not exist in new room. Correct Info less the room phone to let front desk know of more complaints.

The room reminded me of a nightmare roach motel. Spelled like mildew and old cigarettes. Worse experience ever. I tried to get a refund and was denied. Booked a room else where.

The stay was good checking in was easy the front desk guy was nice and helpful but on the second day the elevator didn't work it would go to my floor but wouldn't open I had to go up to the next floor and walk down by the third day it was working properly

Very disgusting place to be haven’t received my deposit back yet I have pictures and proof why my husband and I didn’t enjoy this hotel very disgusting. I could go on and on. So I have much reason to believe that if I don’t receive my deposit of 100 dollars back within the next couple of days like I was told I would we will have a problem.

The manager at the front desk was very helpful and well aware of the property. The elevator was having issues due to a power surge in the area and informed us of the situation. He went out of his way to accommodate us to reset the elevator so we didn't have to walk up to the 7th floor. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking wasn't an issue and didn't experience any problems with our stay. If I was to complain about anything, it would be related to the lack of kitchen items - ie cookware, dishes, utensils. We reserved the room, because we wanted a kitchen to cook in, but there were no supplies. When the listing includes a kitchen, a note to the customer should be applied about the lack of kitchenware and that it should be supplied by the customer.
