I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and they said that room service was every 3rd day or more if requested. I requested daily room service and durning the 8 days, they never once cleaned the room or brought towels. I had to empty my own trash and ask front desk for clean towels.

We had a small issue with the adjoining door, and were quickly moved to a different room. Great customer service, friendly staff. Room was clean, and bed/bedding were very comfortable.

Terrible all the way around.

The power in my sons town was out due to weather. I got them a room locally. The hotel tried charging a $100 cash deposit because they're local residents. Claimed it was because people local come in to party. My son and his wife were there with their 5 and 7 yr old! The floor in the room was saturated with water because of the A/C. Draining in the floor. The front desk was no help. Rude and hateful on the phone when i called in about it. DO NOT STAY THERE!

I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 - 1st room tv and internet was not working (front desk was apparently aware of this because the previous guest had the same issue) moved to another room 2nd room smelt of smoke SO BADLY I took 2 steps and requested a NON smoking room - sent to ANOTHER room that still stunk but I sprayed perfume everywhere so I could work and then sleep. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I feel as if I shouldn’t have been charged for my stay or at least given a deep discount.

The memorable stay...

The visit sure did leave an impression...a bad one at that. Right off the bat I shouldve known it wouldve been bad when we walked in the room and it smelt stale. It also didnt help that the A/C did not work and when we tried to call them several times on their phone they didnt answer. We had to go down to talk to the receptionist about it and they said they couldnt give us a new room because they were booked...the parking lot was completely empty. My family and I had to stay in that stale, hot, vile room for the whole night and we all woke up feeling horrible. When we went back downstairs to check out we let them know our experience and the different receptionist said they were not completely booked...Maybe if the staff wasnt lazy and moved us into a different room where the A/C worked and it was actually cleaned before our arrival i would have given the hotel at MOST 2 stars instead of 1.
