This hotel is horrible, they have no pool even if they show they do, the pool is no water , people drunk drinking just outside of their rooms the keys are not working all the time we need to get in por out they said we have to go front desk and tell them to help us to get in or out. There is very unsafe. And the front desk never said nothing before we pay. Even before our trip we called to make sure the pool hours and they said till 9pm never said there is not water at the pool. So is horrible. We went 6 families and 10 kids for and in no time we have to find another hotel . Horrible experience

My room had tiny roaches I told the people in the front desk to come fix a few things and clean the bathroom and they came and clean the bathroom but one of person when throw my mom purse and took money and a lottery ticket
