Had to wait a bit to check in because the room was not cleaned. Did not get the room I booked but receptionist was very accommodating so I was satisfied with his approach.

When I went to check out, the gentleman was sleeping and was confused when he woke. He was unable to figure out if I was coming or going despite my having said I’m checking out. When my toilet clogged they brought a plunger gave it to me a left. They didn’t come in the room to assess the situation. Most of the staff were courteous but I will never stay there again. I was there a month ago and still haven't received my $100 incidental fee. I’ve called twice for this and nothing.

Pleasantly surprised
The stay was great. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. The environment was pleasant. The only problem, that wasn’t that big of a deal is how remote the property is. That being said, it did provide a quiet setting. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

The property was nice enough. it was convenient to gas stations. It was advertised on the Internet as a free breakfast. They did not say anything about the breakfast being free. After some checking we determined that The breakfast should be free. We also noticed upon checking that Expedia had advertised room for more than $50 above the IHG website. we discussed that with the front desk and determined they could not make a change, but they did give us free breakfasts. Our room needed several items fixed.

We stayed with a baby for one night while traveling. Booked the room four hours before we were showing up. It was a great place to rest for the night. The staff was super kind and helpful. They had a pool, ice machine, fitness area and nearby grocery store and gas stations. Plenty of parking. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean with exception to a little something in the bathtub but not ungodly messy. The shower had decent water pressure. Only recommendation would be better pillows, more towels in the bathroom for a room that sleeps four. The only gripes are 1. The bathroom layout was strange in how the hand soap was far from the sink and the counter close to the door. 2. The doors did not shut quietly which made it difficult with a baby who needed rest after a long travel day. But shouldn't be an issue for other folks. I would recommend to a traveler.
