I never even had a reservation with them but whoever the hispanic man is at the front desk is rude and doesn’t need to work in customer service. I was in Myrtle Beach so idk what he was talking about but he needs to fix his tone.

At first I was worried about staying here from the outside landscaping and area. Too many people loitering out in the front. Inside the lobby was warm, and the front desk clerk seemed to be struggling to book a disabled guest. Took longer than it should to get her settled. The hallways looked like I was in a low income housing apartment building. Inside the room was hot, the a/c wasn’t already on I had to set it myself. It was fairly easy to use. Unfortunately the window inside just had some blinds no curtains to block out the street lights and sun. Some people need complete darkness to sleep. The shower was low pressure, I requested extra towels and they were not put in my room. At minimum a hotel room should have perfect shower pressure and temperature and your sleep should be good. The bed is not mounted to the wall so it kept sliding away from the wall. That is not ideal for obvious reasons. I was only there for a night but tbh I’d rather stay further away and get better accommodations and spend more money. My preferences were not met, my requests were not met. So I won’t be returning. Please do better to have returning customers.

This is thee most disgusting hotel I’ve ever encountered in my life. Let me preface this by saying I didn’t know this hotel is typically for ppl with housing crisis’s but regardless it was so dirty from the moment you walked in up until the moment you left. the whole place wreaked horribly, the elevator was so small & unsafe from the light buzzing to it closing ridiculously slow. The rooms were filthyyy no clean linen or sheets at all, stains on everything including the pillowcases. Towels & washcloths had stains, the paint was super chipped on the walls and bathroom door was so jammed it’ll take you ramming yourself into it to close. The only good thing about this hotel was we didn’t see any bugs or rodents however a rat trap was found behind the refrigerator. 0/10 experience wouldn’t even recommend to the homeless.
