My room smelled like stale smoke but was clean. I had to send my food back at dinner. It was incredibly salty. I had waited so long for that dish that I opted for a Caesar salad with shrimp. The salad was drowned in dressing and the croutons store bought.

"I found a used, wet washcloth full of hair in the tub. Additionally, the room service staff was rude. I ordered a Caesar salad, but it was mostly croutons.

A Good Place to Stay
I had endured several days without electricity following Hurricane Milton and decided to take a break from the monotony of uncomfortable inconvenience and drove to Ocala for the night. Overall, I'd say I made a good choice of places to stay by choosing Hilton Ocala. Staff was friendly and helpful, they has a nice restaurant bar where I had a tasty burger, and my room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for my purposes with nearby shopping, restaurants and a cinema. A few quibbles: the ice machine on my floor was out of order and the hair dryer in my room didn't work, but overall, I was very pleased with the experience.
