Need a better night front desk worker

On the day of my check in they charged me for one night in the morning, when I got to the hotel they ran my card again for two nights and a deposit. I explained the worker at the front desk that they already charged me for one night and I showed her on my phone. She did not care. Ran my card for the two nights plus the deposit. She was unfriendly, lacked customer service skills, and was genuinely unwilling to lesson and/or help with the problem. She just ran my card anyway. When I went down the next day to try to help the other morning front desk person I spoke with tried to help. When I spoke again to the first lady from Friday night, she was once again not interested at all in what I had to say and was even more rude the second time. Then she yelled at kids in the pool that same afternoon when they were just swimming and having fun. She needs to be addressed and have better customer service skills.

Fantastic hotel. It's on the south side of the I5 (the pubs and restaurants being a fifteen minute walk to the north side of the I5), so it's in a very quiet neighborhood. Immediate neighborhood includes City Hall and healthcare facilities. Hotel is spotless, staff are great. Room was a bit dated, but I think we got one that will be renovated soon (there were some carpet patches that are starting to lift in the middle of the room, the ceramic in the tub had some ornamental damage, etc), but it was clean and presentable and quiet. If you're not fancy folks and you're just looking for a clean, quiet room in a clean, quiet neighborhood, this is your place to stay in the capitol area.

I was in the area on family business. My room was as quiet as could be, considering it’s right next to I-5. A problem with the room heater wad attended to immediately, and staff inquired about it the next day to ensure all was well. The breakfast was great! I found it odd the entrance was at the rear of the building from the street, and that the front desk staff discouraged me from walking to any restaurant after dark. It seemed like a fine neighborhood, but what do I know?

I stayed at this property 3 times. Two consecutive nights the pool didn’t work and was the main reason I booked this property. The third time I stayed a week later my son and I checked into the hotel room and I went to go shower and there was hair in the shower

My only complaint is that the thermostat had a hard time keeping the heat up to comfort levels. Then was too hot if I raised it up more. Was just hard to get the perfect mix but that is all. The room was just what I required.

This was one of the best rooms we've recently stayed in. Everything was exceptional. You can't go wrong staying here. It's location was easy to find. Check in and check out was a breeze, bed and pillows were super comfy & breakfast was better than most. Keep up the good work, Holiday Inn! 5 Stars!
