***Exciting News at Turquoise Place!! They are building a parking garage and a new amenity deck! This will include Onsite overflow parking, 300 - foot Water Slide, Putting Green, and an Outdoor Movie Area. In addition to this they are building a Splash Pad area and Electric Car Charging Station.

The estimated completion date is March 2024, weather permitting. During the construction phase of this project, guests can expect loud noises, visually unappealing construction debris/ barriers/ obstacles around the site, and possible closures of sections of the C Tower parking garage. Due to this project, the C Tower outdoor pool is currently closed until further notice, due to the potential of falling construction debris. This is for the safety of the guests. The main outdoor pool is open!***

Your dream vacation awaits at this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath gulf front condo at Turquoise Place in Orange Beach, Alabama!

Inside this condo you will find beautiful furnishings that are comfortable and relaxing!!

The supersized master bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico through towering floor to ceiling glass windows and doors! You can also access the gulf front deck from the master suite. A king sized bed is found in the master suite along with the largest jacuzzi tub ever and a separate walk in shower. The all tile walk in shower has a seat and features all Hans Grohe plumbing fixtures including a rain head and body jets. The bathroom vanity is granite with two sinks and plenty of counter space.

The living room area also has gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white beaches through floor to ceiling glass windows and doors. Plenty of comfortable seating is found here plus a large flat screen TV.

The dining room seats up to 8 people and 5 additional seats can be found at the kitchen bar.

The kitchen features everything you need to cook and serve wonderful homemade beach meals, including: a SubZero fridge; Wolf oven with microwave; Wolf 5-burner gas cooktop; and kitchenaid dishwasher.

The laundry room features a full sized washer and dryer and a utility sink.

The guest bedrooms each have a king sized bed and private bath. One guest bedroom has a day bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Air mattresses can be requested with your rental.

The dryer did not work, no need to use until the last 2-3 days We notified the property who said they would send a mechanic up but it was one day before we were to leave and did not want any disturbance or having to be there when the maintenance man arrived. The drawers to the nightstand dresser pull completely out of the dresser if you are not careful and land on your foot. so this could NOT be used for clothes etc. So not major hiccups but when you pay several thousand dollars for a vrbo you would hope that these items work.

rental property was beautiful and spacious with wonderful gulf view. Stocked well. During our stay, the property was overall nice and clean from a housekeeping standpoint. However, there were several issues that we encountered: 1. Living Room Furniture: The furniture and rug in the living room were very stained and appeared dirty, which required us to use sheets to sit on them. As a result, we chose to watch TV in the bedroom instead. 2. Bedroom and Bathrooms: The bedrooms and bathrooms lacked basic amenities such as hooks for towels, makeup bags, or robes. Additionally, one of the nightstands had missing drawer handles, and the drawers were unsafe as they pulled out completely. Adding an extra dresser in the master bedroom would also be helpful. 3. Kitchen: The kitchen was missing scissors, which would have been useful during our stay. 4. Hot Tub: The operation of the hot tub was unclear, and we had to exchange multiple texts with the property manager. Eventually, a technician came out to demonstrate how to use it. We hope these points are addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. Let me know if you’d like to refine further!

This is a beautiful property and the absolute cleanest place I have ever stayed! The hot tub and grill on the large balcony makes this place even more wonderful! Stay here! You will not regret it!
