My family stayed at this property for Thanksgiving 11/21-11/25/18. On our first night there were issues with 2 of the bathrooms. I called and emailed the company 11/21 which I received an email on 11/22 stating that they were closed (which I understood it was Thanksgiving) but they will send the "Handy Man" to take care of the issue the following day or day after. The email stated that they will contact me. No one ever contacted me or showed up to the property to fix the issue. Therefore we only have 2 functional restrooms with 10 people. The property is a little dated no TV's were in all rooms, The beds are horrible and the comforters were stained with a white residue looking like they were never washed thankfully we traveled with our own blankets. The home was HOT the are was set on 74 and could not be lowered!! The Refrigerator was not cold and some of the cooking utensils, pots & pans need to be thrown away, they are old. Why charge a large cleaning fee and upon arrival its not clean? That's VERY unsanitary millions of people travel and the least you want to have to worry about is uncleanliness especially traveling with children.
The only thing I appreciated was the space of the home, it was very spacious. The owner need to have the management company to provide better customer service with issues, paint, renovate and deep clean the property it has the potential of 5 Stars.
I'm very upset that no one bothered to follow-up with me as if have working restrooms were not important or an emergency!!!!
