Booked two rooms for 4th of july weekend while visiting family. The rooms were clean, everything worked well but the AC was very loud. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable ( might not be a issue if you like a hard bed). We stayed 5 days here and the service was poor. No clean towels, no one restocked or cleaned rooms during our stay. They seem to have a couple long term stays so sleeping was rough while these groups, of adults and kids hung out in the parking lot well after 1am every night.

Do not stay here!!! The front desk personnel have zero personality at check in. The bathroom smells like urine tub full of hair. At 11 at night two drunks are shooting fireworks 10 feet from my door and the front desk wanted to argue with me that if wasn’t happening. The air conditioning was a pile of junk keeping the room at 82 for 6 hours. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

Staying in the suite was great for us and our two dogs! It is an older property, but the manager and staff are very helpful.

There was a maintenance issue that meant changing our reservation, but the manager refunded us more than the difference in room price. They took care of our needs very well! There was a lot of furniture in the room which limited the floor space. We were traveling with two dogs and it was a little tight.

There was construction at neighboring restaurant and the patrons were parking in front of our rooms. Other than that the room was very clean and comfortable.

No phone like they said was in the room. All the lamps were missing light bulbs, the floors were very dirty. The toilet leaked. No clock. The fridge freezer was almost frozen closed. We booked smoking and there was no smoking allowed. Bathtub did not have a stopper to take a bath. This hotel is a 1 star hotel.

We stayed at the Ozark Inn for the solar eclipse. It was a quiet room. The staff gave us treats and viewing glasses when we arrived. Not super fancy but adequate. Bed was comfortable and was not noisy at all.

Dirty vinyl floors

Check in went smoothly. We were able to park our car right in front of our room door the first night. The bed seemed clean. The floors were absolutely filthy. When my husband, who is a very clean person, stepped into the bathtub the first night he made mud puddles from walking on the floor prior to his shower. We both had to wash our feet again before getting into bed. I informed the front desk and they planned to let housekeeping know. The last night was some better, but we just made sure not walk in the bare floor. My husband did have to brush off his feet before climbing into bed straight from the shower.
