The beach and gulf views are breath taking. The colors and décor are professionally done and you will definitely get your moneys worth.
This cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is perfect for a family of 4! The master bedroom has a king bed, a mounted flat screen TV, and closet. The bathroom has a standard layout with a combination shower/tub. The living room has a comfy sofa that also pulls out into a sofa bed. There is a gorgeous view of the ocean and access to your private balcony. The kitchen is stocked with all white appliances and everything you could need to cook a delicious meal.

The parking deck is across the street and you walk through the air conditioned corridor to tower 1 and take the elevator to the 21st floor. Majestic Beach Towers has become so popular because of all the services, amenities, and views, and direct beach.

There is also a free standing amenities building which will be able to host large conventions and/or private parties. It was great location, beautiful place. Property very upkept. I can say inside of condo could use better deep cleaning. The walls are extremely thing. Even on the 21st floor. Do not recommend for children during any type of event especially bike week. Bikers rev until 2-3am. And it’s so loud. Other than that. Great place and stay.

This condo was very nice and very clean. The sofa sleeper was worn but luckily we brought a air mattress for my teen. The elevator is right outside the room and can be heard in the bedroom. Still worth a 5 star rating!!!

Our stay was excellent, we loved the condo & location. The condo was super clean, owners were super nice. The only complaint we had (not the owners fault) was how long it took to get on the elevators, we had a 2 month old so we had to take the elevators or else I would have walked up and down due to long wait times again this is not the owners fault. Overall a 5 star condo with an amazing view

We enjoyed staying here but the overall staff was rude. Hot tubs close at 10:00 and the water wasn’t warm nor would they turn it up. Other guest was complaining and they did not care. But other than that room was clean and just like the pictures. (:

Amazing Vacation 2022
I was really impressed with the condo and the property, and of course the location was amazing!! The bed in the condo was so comfortable especially with having a bad back it made my vacation even better not waking up with back pain like most times when I sleep in a bed that is not my own, but this time was the first. The condo was perfect size for my family of three, and the balcony view was breathtaking. I recommend this condo and property especially since you are right on the beach with plenty of access points with not a lot of walking to get a good spot setup.

Hello! First I have to say…the look on my children’s faces upon walking into the condo and onto the balcony are priceless! We loved the decor, the location was perfect! My boys loved the pools and my daughter and I lounged on the beach all day! The beach, the water, and the sunsets are beautiful. We had an amazing experience and love the Majestic! The elevators were a little frustrating at busy times because we were on the 21st floor. One near our unit was shut down for a few days causing congestion. I have to say having a corner unit right next to the elevator is the way to go! I read reviews that the elevators were noisy, but it really didn’t bother us! The couch was pretty dirty, but the sofa bed was open most of the time. Otherwise, the unit was clean and we had everything we needed! Thanks Four Star! You are great and very accommodating!

Nicely decorated condo although some things need a little TLC (baseboards and tub for sure), I’ve seen a few reviews about the washer leaving black spots on clothing, unfortunately that happen but thank goodness it was a under piece. Also, I know it’s not the condo owners fault but the facility def needs more elevators bc waits can be long. Overall, we had a great stay.. who goes on vacay to stay in the room?? :P The ocean views are top notch!!! Would stay again..

If you love the sound of an elevator
If you enjoy falling asleep by the sound of an overworked elevator, then this is the place for you. You definitely won't be lulled by the sound of the waves since the bedroom isn't near the balcony. You can enjoy the view of a building from your bedroom window. Brace yourself as you step into the deep tub. Pack your own bath mat to avoid slippage. The beautifully decorated condo will make you forget about the hour long wait for the humid filled elevator and the three mile trek to your vehicle.

We fully enjoyed our stay! The condo had all we needed including plenty for cooking meals. The king bed was wonderful and being on an end unit with additional windows was a bonus. The elevators we're busy but we never had a very long wait. The knives need sharpening so if you want a good sharp knife you might want to bring one. Unload/loading and parking were all easy and convenient. I'd stay again for sure!
