This amazing stretch of white sand beach and breathtaking emerald colored waters of the Gulf has been luring visitors from around the world for many years and The Summit Resort is a favorite among vacationers because of the perfect location on the coast and the family friendly environment and well maintained property. This wonderful condo will provide you with everything you need to have an exciting vacation and create spectacular memories! The well thought out floor plan provides all the comforts of home. The living room area has all new furnishing including a new Smart TV and a new sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. The large bedroom has a king size bed, a new Smart TV and a futon for a child. There is also a set of twin bunk beds with memory foam toppers in an offset in the hallway. You also have the option to close the door in the hallway to make the living room area a private space. There is one full bath and another half bath with a water closet and vanity. The entire condo is freshly painted and has all new decor, bedding, linens, and the kitchen is newly stocked with essentials and small appliances.

What's new at The Summit Resort? Many wonderful and well-planned upgrades and improvements have taken place! All four elevators have been replaced, the pool decking has been resurfaced as well as upgrades to the outdoor shower area. You will be happy to know the sauna area has been updated as well as many improvements to the grounds. There is security at the waterfront entrance to the pool area to assure the seating on the pool deck is used by guests only. Very importantly, The Summit Resort is committed to maintaining high speed internet and that has been updated again in 2023. COME AND ENJOY!

The pool complex at Summit consists of two large pools, one heated in cooler weather, a kiddie pool, indoor hot tub, sundry beach shop, and everyone's favorite Tiki Bar serving your favorite cocktails as well as Bikini Bob's Grill providing great snack and lunch selections. Everything you need is so convenient as you relax and enjoy the sunshine. There are so many amenities on the property that you could chose to never leave the site! It begins at the pool deck tiki bar with your favorite drink and music then wander over to the Grill for tasty food and snacks. The family can spend time at the inside game room with Air Hockey and several virtual arcade games. For the adventurer in your group there is parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet ski rentals on the beach. Summit Resort has a very nice exercise facility for your enjoyment. The location is perfect as The Summit Beach Resort is convenient to all the local attractions, to mention a few, Gulf World Marine Life Park, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Wonder Works and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, St. Andrew's State Park, Dave and Buster's, Captain Anderson's Marina where there are many activities to chose from including deep sea fishing charters, dolphin watching cruises, sunset wine cruises, Shell Island cruises, or you can rent your own pontoon boat and explore at your leisure. If you have a shopping enthusiast in your group you must visit Pier Park. It is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca! You can even catch a free concert at the Pier Park amphitheater every Thursday night all summer! Just bring your cooler and chairs and sit on the lawn. It's a great experience. We would be remiss if we didn't mention the open air dining with live music that you can experience up and down the beach nightly. It is so much fun! While many of these open air dining options are very casual there are many fine dining restaurants for you to chose from also. Day time activities are abundant on the beach and the night life and dancing are limitless also. Awesome stay, our favorite condo at the Summit this far!
The condo was clean, nicely decorated, stocked with all the cooking supplies needed, extra blankets, a box fan (we REALLY enjoyed), beach chair, laundry basket, starter toilet paper/paper towels, etc. The rainfall shower is amazing with great water pressure and very clean. The balcony area had plenty of seating and a table. The left side of the bed was very comfy but the right side sloped so was uncomfortable…I just laid more in the middle. We couldn’t get the Roku to work in the living room but we brought our fire stick. Those were the two minor issues. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The outside of The Summit could use some renovations, however, the condo is wonderful! It was fully equipped with extra pillows and blankets, and iron & ironing board, box fan, hair dryer, lots of towels and wash clothes, laundry + dishwasher pods, sponges, all of the kitchen appliances that you will need, coozies, goggles, board games, a broom, and pretty much anything you will need (at least to get started)! The bed in the room was VERY comfortable. The balcony is quite large, with a good amount of seating, and the view is beautiful! We had no noise complaints, nor any other complaints about our stay! The area was packed with stores, restaurants, and entertainment! The accommodating beach chairs and umbrella (that you don’t have to drag down and set up yourselves) was the icing on my cake. The only “negative” experience that we had was when The Summit had a water leak, causing the water to be shut off for around 3ish hours. However, they quickly explained and fixed the issue. We will definitely be returning for any of our future stays in PCB!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and had all the necessary items for a great stay. The only compliant were there was sometimes a wait for the elevators and the pools closed at 8pm during our stay rather than the original closing time of 11pm for whatever reason. The chairs and umbrella on the beach were a nice touch!!

The condo was clean and comfortable especially for my kids. The only thing that was a little confusing was getting our wristbands because we had to wait till the front desk open the next morning after we got there. Besides that everything was really good! Would definitely come and stay here again.

Enjoyed view, and unit, with a few exceptions. The couch, which is a pull out bed style, was not very comfortable. I weigh 175 pounds and felt like I was sitting on the bottom of the cushion, on the side near the hallway. My wife felt there could have been more dishes in the kitchen, and a hand mixer. Other than this, pleasant.

Can’t wait to stay again! Loved the condo. The Summit building has great pools/hot tubs, gyms, bar and great food. Very impressed by the amount of restrooms offered at the resort (very tidy too). Security made you feel safe.

Great Location, Clean, Cute & Gorgeous view
We had 5 in our group and have NO complaints! The condo (#1002) was clean and just like the description said. We enjoyed being away from the hustle & bustle of the Spring Break crowd but were still close enough to jump in, if we wanted to. The host was always ready to answer any questions, the hotel staff/security were friendly. There was plenty of room at the pool so no need to rush down to get a chair! The beach chair rental (included) made things super easy. We will be back!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spur of The Moment Trip
The room was very clean. Had plenty of towels and wash cloths. Washer and dryer worked well and is definitely a plus with a family. Great location. Far enough from Pier Park to avoid majority of the traffic, but close enough that it isn't a pain to get to. Bikini Bob's on property was delicious as well. Most of the staff were friendly. Beach was clean, chairs got put away pretty early though. Would definitely stay here again.

The Summit
Finally finding a moment now to write this review for our time at The Summit. Overall, we liked the unit very much and found the unit very clean, comfortable and as pictured. The bed was extremely comfortable. While the building and grounds were a little outdated, the unit itself had been updated. The kitchen was a little tight for two to work in, but we could see that from the pictures. The TV setup was great, one of the better situations we have come across. We had no problems with the elevator, always reliable! We really enjoyed the balcony - spent so much time enjoying the views of the water. The beach was lovely with the whitest sand we have ever seen.

Condo was just as pictures describes, clean and comfortable. Bed was so comfortable! Pool area is very night. Elevators had issues, stuck/broken. Building is dated but looks as if they are updating little by little. Tiki bar by pool is nice. They play music at the pool.

Close to everything but far enough away from other large condo complexes which made for a nice beach that wasn’t overcrowded. This unit comes with beach service which is a huge plus! We have a family of 5 and this condo beat our expectations in size. Kitchen is small but who’s in the kitchen anyway on vaca?! Having 2 pools was great, snow cones, a market, Bikini Bobs and a Tiki Bar on site felt like we were at an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean with that Emerald Coast water!! We miss it already!!

Elevator issues!
The condo was very nice and the property managers were very helpful. The elevators were another story! This is a huge complex and they had only one set of elevators working, the average wait was at least 10-15 minutes. If you are young and can climb 10 flights of stairs several times a day then you are golden!

Lovely condo
We had a great stay here! Sherry communicated very well with us, check in was super easy, the room is exactly the way it’s described, and the area is not right in the middle of the pcb “strip” so less congested/ traffic. We went into multiple other condos at this resort and this is by far one of the nicest ones. It’s equipped with anything you could need and Sherry is very nice! I love dealing with nice people so, 5 star spring break ;) All the tv’s are equipped with Roku’s and we just left our Firestick there on accident so there’s that as well. Super fun stay, would definitely rent again!
