Terrible experience at Eiffel Villa Garibaldi

Pros: Close to UNESCO
Cons: Complete refurbishing and quality of service review
Location: Everything you can think of in Paris
I stayed there 5 nights. Amongst the problems I experienced: electronic key not working several times, one window not closing properly which woke me up in the morning because of the traffic, breakfast cheese served past the consumption deadline, 3 cold showers because of a water heating problem, etc

Bonjour, nous vous répondons en français car vous parliez très bien le français. Pour une question d'entretien et de sécurité, nous effectuons plusieurs fois dans l'année des maintenances sur nos installations, une coupure d'eau chaude a été effective 2h le lundi de 11h à 13h pendant votre séjour. Concernant les cles magnetiques, nous demandons à nos clients de les laisser a la reception, afin de ne pas les démagnetiser avec leur téléphone ou lorsqu'il passe dans des portiques de securité dans le metro ou dans la magasins. Dès votre arrivée vous n'aviez pas aimé votre chambre, nous en etions désolés et nous vous avons proposé des solutions comme par exemple un changement de chambre que vous n'avez pas accepté. Malgré vos menaces assez agressives envers notre personnel pendant tout votre sejour, et que nous avons signalé à Expédia, la direction de notre hôtel vous a accordé 25% de remise sur le total de votre séjour. Lors de votre départ vous avez réglé 25% en moins sur votre facture. Bien Cordialement

Well located budget hotel

Very nice hotel, excellent location, with very pleasant staff and the extra of an evening offering of wine and cheese. The only real inconvenience is the very small shower stall.
