A lovely couples hotel

The hotel was exactly what I expected. The room was flawless and beautifully clean and well kept, the environment policy was interesting and good to read about. The bar and restaurants were enjoyable. The staff were impeccably well trained and were incredibly helpful whether it was ordering a taxi or giving directions for a tack away sushi restaurant. The only con I could think of as a con should be the settling of the bill as there was a mistake that could of been costly had it not been sorted out quickly. On the whole a beautiful hotel and lovely staff.

Lucky late booking

Staff very friendly accomadating stunning building beautifully furnished . Genuine 5 star feel to the place . Nice touches on reception and room . Breakfast nicely done . Rooms great spacious . Cannot fault didn't feel that room cost was unfair booked 2 days before valentines day ! A

nto bad

too expensive for the price offered. The lobby is not as nice as I thought it would be. The room was too small. For the same amount of money in NYC I've had much better a week before

ei osaa otaa ihmisiä huomioon ja suhtautua asiaan kuluvalla tavalla . Ja laskutavat 150e maksun varmuuden vuoksi asiakaitta 5 tähden hotelli ? Ja sen vielä " kertaan 2 eri kortilta asiakaalta eli 300e yhteensä .

Interior (old bank) is great, room was a bit worn out and members of the staff were not communicating with each other as they should and not doing what they promised (and were claiming the customer instead). Overall ok, but nothing to go back to.

Pros: Extremely helpful staff.
Cons: Room cleanliness. First room had a layer of dust on the table. Though with the smell I think maybe the room had not been in use for some time.
Location: Close to Galeries Lafayette and metro station. Many restaurants, cafe's and Starbucks within 50 meters.
We had booked Superior room, but checking in it was called Standard Superior so was bit confused on the level of the room. Anyways, the toilet/bathroom smelled foul, like human urine to be honest, don't know what has happened. Calling reception, they sent someone who poured scented chlorine into the floor drain. But as the smell continued, the next day they gave us another room and also upgraded the room into executive. Which was nice. The staff was overly helpful, to the extent of pressing the buttons on the elevator for us.

Good location and real 5* service

Pros: Staff friendliness, special Gin menu at the bar, high-standard room
Cons: Give customer the possibility for late check-out. The nice receptionist looked into the system but said it was "not a common request"
Location: Quiet area but a few minutes from the metro, Galeries Lafayette, Sephora, Opera etc.
The staff was ever so friendly and really at our service, that's unusual enough in Paris to be noted here!! Friendly barman, receptionist looked for later check-out time, everyone was smiling and chatting: that added to the experience.
