Dear Markku,Thank you very much for choosing the Hôtel Floride Etoile for your stay in Paris and for taking the time to share your experience.We understand your surprise at the price of your triple room. Our prices fluctuate according to the season and events in Paris. Your stay coincided with a very busy period in the capital, the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, which explains the higher than usual rates.However, we would like to stress that our establishment, although rated 3 stars, offers a unique experience in the heart of the prestigious 16th arrondissement. Our privileged location, a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées, as well as our warm, family atmosphere, are invaluable assets for our guests.We hope that you have taken advantage of the huge enthusiasm in Paris for these Olympic Games and the wonderful atmosphere that prevailed in Paris during this period, perhaps even going to cheer on your country's athletes and, I hope, bringing home a few trophies.We sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you again to share with you the Paris that we love, in the convivial atmosphere that characterises our house.
