When I initially arrived I was given one of the worst rooms. Right next to reception and heavy foot traffic, which I knew would have been an issue. I went to reception and advised how I felt, and they went above and beyond to secure me a quiet room which was much needed. Because of this customer service I definitely recommend. Yes it’s a little older, but good customer service is hard to come across. Location is also great.

Our shower was not cleaned It was actually disgusting. We took photos to share. Our concern is that if the shower was not cleaned the spa bath would not have been either. There was also a noise all night - sounded like an airplane
