Love how clean the property is and the location. Now the bad. We reserved and paid for a certain square footage of room as advertised on Expedia. We did not receive that size of room for which we had paid extra for. Hotel management blames 3rd party sites that they don't see what we are shown and to take it up with Expedia. So we had to take less than what we paid for which is disappointing.

This hotel says it has "Swimming pool with a lazy river, a waterslide, and a lifeguard on site" It DOES NOT! There is a water park connected to the hotel but it is an additional cost of $24/person/day! The hotel writeup is very misleading. Beware!

For the money... not what we expected

Upon arrival we found a pile of wet dirty towels hanging behind our bedroom door. The following morning we were unable to get any hot water for a shower. At best, it was room temperature when turned all the way up.

We stayed over the 4th of July. Despite being very busy, our room was very quiet and comfortable. It's a great place to stay!

The hotel was the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with upon check in. They had us in wrong rooms even though we had called and confirmed the day before. Also had us paying 500 dollars more then what we were supposed to pay and when we asked them about it they just basically acted like they didn’t care! We got our money back and went to La Quinta right around the corner. Much much better customer service and much cheaper!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The staff was rude. Breakfast was only adequate. Room was nice and spacious but had issues (no usb ports, floors sticky/dirty, electric breakers tripped, no pool when 2 pools were advertised) Great central location. Disappointed and would NOT stay here again.
