This hotel stinks as soon as you get off the elevator. The hallway and rooms smell like a mixture of mold and feet. Rooms are not clean.

Room smelled like it was not clean, I found some underwear in the sleeping sofa and you could tell where they just took out the trash only from prev guest in that room. Reported to 2 personal working the night I checked in the morning I checked out and all they did was to write it ok a post it but never mention what type of action was going to be taken.

Nasty - don't do it!
There was hair on the shower walls as if it had never been cleaned. As well as what looked to be blood on the tv stand. There was no remote in the room. Our son had to go get it and it still didnt work.

Was convenient, but not the cleanest. Receptionist not the greatest as if they were not happy to be there, was not welcoming. Room service was poor, stayed 5 days and first day was great clean towels, trash taken and beds tidied, but then rest of days had to do it ourselves and request room service and even when requested they forgot trash, or toilet paper or gave one towel. The back door is not secured and being on first floor didn’t feel secure.

It's a great place if you want a place to just sleep. The rooms did have a smell. The water pressure is low and hot water was non-existent our first night there. There were bleach stains on the carpets. It is a nice place but it isn’t up there

Maria was un professional. I have pictures of the roaches in our room and dirty sheets. My daughter went to the hospital as well I have documentation. She’s allergic to mold, dust, and dogs. The room smelled like they aren’t properly drying the carpet after cleaning. The carpet was still wet when I entered the room which made my kids socks wet. Terrible experience at this particular location. It has the potential to be a 4 star hotel but unfortunately is poorly managed and deserves 0 stars.
