Newer, clean, quiet and comfortable. Room was spacious and nicely furnished. Breakfast was very good and offered many choices. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here because a loved one was in a nearby hospital and did not get here until 12 AM. The front desk had my keys, ready to go and literally took me less than two minutes to check in. If I had a complain about anything, the bed was kind of noisy whenever you moved And definitely an older mattress.

Overall, enjoyed staying here. Clean and quiet and recently upgraded with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. However being in our 70s not usually in the habit of taking cold showers and not having hot water, this being the reason for not giving 5 stars all around.

Tried to check in at 3:11pm, only to be told that check in time wasn't until 3pm🤔 I asked what time it was & the representative said that it was "Only 3:11pm!" We waited in the libby til 4:20 to only get keys to the wrong room that still had cleaning supplies in it with no cleaning person. Then i got locked out of my room at midnight & the guy had to come open my bedroom door with the fob around his neck became he said my keys wasn't going to work until the "SYSTEM" was reset, which would take about 30 minutes. I had to laugh to keep from crying...
