The room had a lot of space.; however, it smelled like old cigarettes smoke. No water or complimentary coffee in the lobby but staff is very friendly. The area is a little sketchy.It was ok for one night. Nice shower!

Hands down one of the poorest hotel stays of my life. I spent a fair bit of loot to be woken up at 3am by an alarm clock in the nightstand, which was not awesome. And when I asked the desk fella for a some sort of slight refund he responded with, "did you call the desk and ask for a new room?" At 3am? What would the point have been? A sorry from him would have sufficed but alas, he was rude and indignant. I'm still furious.

In the middle of the night, we could hear someone knocking on our window and door. More locks would have been nice 🙂. Also, you need garbage cans next to the toilet. Otherwise, it was clean and staff was great!

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no blanket for the bed For a three night stay I was only given one pack of coffee for the entire stay. Prior to arrival I had asked that I be upgraded if possible at check in. I was not offered anything. I had stayed at this property several times. I was given a room upstairs in the older part of the property and was not offered an upgrade to the newer section. I had a classmate who also stayed there at the same time and they were put in the newer section, as they were frequent guests as well. Had to replace my keys as they would not let me back in to my room after the first use.

The room wasn’t very clean. The sheets were super worn and scratchy with multiple hairs in the made bed.

This property is old and needs renovations. The carpet in our room was thin and worn. The ac never cooled the room much. The pillows were terrible . They were very hard resembled unpolished cushions from furniture. There was a musty smell to the room also. The room was large but lacked comfortable chairs to sit in or a table for eating or working. The check in lady was very helpful in finding a fantastic cafe for breakfast.

This property has excellent parking. It is close to a variety of shops and dining spots. We walked to many of the shops. It is right off the main highway, which makes it easliy accessible. It is 5 minutes from downtown McMinnville and the 3rd Street shops. I only stay here when I am visiting McMinnville or the surrounding area.

Overall the room was a good value. The hotel could use some upgrades for sure. The lighting is pretty poor and feels dark. The tv is okay but could also be upgraded.

I didn’t like how the sheets on bed didn’t look like they had been changed. They were dinge and had someone’s pony tail holder under the pillow. Not sure what soap they use my also was itchy that night and next morning.
