Dumb policy

Horrible experience with the hotel, rented the room for my 20yr old son since he was going for medical reasons just for him to get there and was told he couldn’t check in if he was not over 21, ok fine I guess policy my son told them about refund they said I had to call hotels.com, so I did and they called the hotel and didn’t want to do the refund. I guess they were just scared to say they couldn’t do the refund. Never staying at a Best western again or any hotel that belongs to the surestay group. But front desk lady was nice enough to help my son look for a room at another hotel.

This hotel is old. The room that was given to us smells like urine. Thanks to Laura the lady at the front desk for giving us another room without problem. The beddings and the towels are old and looks dirty. The shower nob is hard to operate. The sink is clogged. Stay away from this hotel.

Nice hotel in a bad location

The hotel itself was fine and the front desk clerk was very nice and efficient however the location left a lot to be desired. We were approached by a pan handler in the parking lot and witnessed a prostitute soliciting business all the while two police officers were circling the property. Did not sleep very well worrying about our vehicle in the parking lot.

Bathroom layout.

The overall stay was good. However the design of the room was not to my expectation. The door to the shower was hung crooked and had to lift door by handle to get it to shut. Did not like having sink and mirror out of bathroom.
