Great value! Near many shops and restaurants. The interior has been upgraded and crown molding has been added.Very sharp with convenience of mini refrigerator, coffeemaker and mini microwave in the room. We also appreciate the motel style with our car outside the door. We will come back!

The ocean view room was large and had a nice view of Morro Rock. You could tell the property was older but overall it was a nice room with some updates. One thing that was hard to deal with was how noisy it was. The walls were thin, and every time someone around us closed a door or was having a normal conversation it was very loud. The property was within walking distance to lots of restaurants and all the shops on Embarcadero which was great.

Absolutely recommend!!!

What a lovely hotel. Sweet, cozy room (small-ish but totally fine for two people) with a fireplace and patio. All of their rooms are around the same parking lot as the office and the pool/hot tub. Several properties in the area are spread out and you don’t realize you have to drive back out onto the street from check-in to drive over to your room. Breakfast was quite good for a basic meal before you start your day. The patio in the back was a delightful addition to the room amenities. The pool/hot tub area is just lovely with fire pits, stone decor and nice string lights. They cared to create a nice, enclosed space rather other hotels where it’s very obvious you’re swimming in a parking lot. Pool was so well heated I was able to swim at night. Hot tub was great. This was my third hotel I’ve tried in the area. The others were slightly bigger rooms but this was the best overall experience for sure.

Nice get away....

The room was remodeled with good taste. A few items were over looked but still okay. Location was close to the water.. No extra amenities, nothing fancy, clean and had house keeping. The fella at the front desk was very nice/friendly. Felt safe keeping our trailer on the side street.

This Inn was two blocks from the embarcadero. Easy walking and close to dining. Quick, short drive to the Rock. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was a little small. There were a couple things to be aware of when booking your room. The pictures of the room on the site for the actual room I stayed in was from the entry door. It made the room look bigger than it actual. Additionally, only a few of the rooms have a view other than the parking lot or vacant field. I will assume that the rooms, with the same queen size bed with a view if the harbor are more $$. Depending on the room, the only large window that can be opened is next to the walkway, overlooking the parking lot. Not the best for air flow. For $$, it was worth it for the location near the harbor.

I stayed 2 nights for a vacation. The room wall might be too thin. I have heard every noise from next doors including snoring sound at night, opening bathroom doors, and talking. And, the building is very old.
