IT WAS EVERYTHING!!! i stayed in room 224. I could see the rock from the hotel room. I came here for my birthday and it was perfect. The room is very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The shower pressure and water temperature was perfect. The towels were soft. I really enjoyed my stay. I will ALWAYS choose this hotel anytime i come to Morro Bay.

My room was very nice. Comfortable bed. Bathroom needed some updating. The doors were very loud and hard to shut. Woke me up several times as fellow guest came and went. Excellent location.

Hotel Stay in Morrow Bay
The hotel is in a great location and the room we booked was very clean. The only issue we had was that they advertise that the rooms are soundproofed. Unfortunately we had booked a ground floor room and got very little sleep due to the ceiling being so thin. You could hear everything. If you decide to stay here and want to rest, I suggest booking upstairs only.

The room that we originally booked was so terribly small, you turn around and you bump into the wall, so we had to upgrade to a bigger room for more pay, which was very disappointing. The rooms were very clean the the stuff was friendly, but the original room that we booked was a queen size room, which was very very small. So be careful when booking a queen size room because it will be small. But otherwise the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I give it a three star overall.

The room was very nice. Beds very comfortable. Website indicated sound proof rooms, yet we could hear every word the people in the next room said. Even with the windows closed. Even when the got up at 4:30 am to chat! The railing on the bannister was broken and could cause an fall.

We had a downstairs king suite. Great furnishings inc. love seat, desk with great leather chairs. We are early risers spending afternoons in rm. Industrial washer/dryer against rm wall quite noisy and every step upstairs could be heard.

Stay away if you have kids.
There was nothing really fancy or special about this place besides the location. We were traveling with 4 kids and in hindisight I would’ve stay somewhere else as our room was located on the top floor. This wouldn’t have been so much of an issue had the quiet hours not been so strict (8pm-10am). That’s over 12 hours and just not ideal when you have kids. Won’t be staying here again.
