All in all the experience was not positive. I stay in Sarasota frequently and never have I had the pool closed for the whole stay AND the neighboring hotel pool closed. Also, paying for a suite, I expected more room. Very small. Both room keys stopped working after the first day. The elevator was absolutely the sketchiest I have ever been in. Shakes and rattle and slammed and stalls. Very scary. Of course, we had the room closest to the elevator and our lights flickered EVERY time someone caught the elevator. Also, you hear the elevator all. night. long.

Same old problem........the A/C is the worst I've ever experienced. Loud Fan noise , system comes on for about 40 minutes and freezes you out of the room. Then goes off for about an hour and the room gets super hot. This goes on all day. then at night the A/C stops altogether. Horrible night left at 3:00 AM. Never again!
