The only issue we had was that a couple of the chairs in our room felt like they might fall apart and the hide-a-beds were very loud and squeaky. Other than that excellent stay as always!

We had a very nice overnight here! We arrived early for check-in, but the front desk clerk was super sweet and gave us a room anyway. The room was very pleasant and had a little balcony overlooking the river. There’s a nice pool and hot tub, and fire pits with seating in the back yard. They serve fresh cookies in the evening and a small breakfast in the morning. The property is within easy walking district of Broadway and the Prom. I highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay, convenient, great staff. We would stay there again. I can tell they replaced floors and carpets. But there are still areas that are run down which is why I rated it a little lower.

Great central Seaside location

We stayed at River Inn as part of a wedding anniversary celebration. The room was a good-size and the beds are comfortable. Appreciated the free breakfast, free afternoon cookies in the lobby and the refrigerator in the room. The hotel is in a great location, convenient to the beach and the Broadway shops/restaurants on both sides of the river. Friendly staff at check in & check out. The elevator and carpet could use an upgrade, but no real complaints.

Really enjoyed our stay, area was perfect, close, walking distance to everything, hotel was cute, some of the staff was very nice and helpful, most of the staff didn’t know much or was not very helpful, I wouldn’t say they were rude by any means, But definitely left a lot to be desired, I would say if the staff was either trained or they had more staff our experience would’ve been five stars !

Mostly great. The pool hours were terrible. The pool opened so late and closed so early that there was never a time when adults could count on very few children in the pool. The breakfast was good, but there are way too many tables too close together and too close to the counters where the food is, that it’s really difficult to get around when a lot of people are down there. Move the tables farther away and it would be a lot better.

I’ll definitely book our next room on the river (East) much better than the parking lot side (West) it’s very noisy. The breakfast is good! I’d recommend this hotel! A plus is they have air conditioning too only a handful there do.

The room we stayed in was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The staff was nice and helpful. The only things that I would complain about would be the noise at night, other rooms were very loud and it was hard to sleep sometimes. Also, the breakfast was the same everyday.
