The main living level is the middle floor, offering walls of natural pine, lofty ceilings, and an entire wall of windows that frame the deck and the Smoky Mountain vista. The carpeted living room has leather sofas, an HDTV with cable service, a coffee table where you can set up board games, and a gas fireplace to warm you as you do so. The full kitchen, with every essential appliance, opens to this space, as does the dining room table by the window. A shared charcoal grill and a dining table outside on the wrap-around deck allow you to prepare and enjoy meals in the great outdoors as well.

After a day of exploring Great Smoky Mountains National Park or the countless attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, you can unwind in the private hot tub overlooking the mountains, kick back in a rocking chair on the deck, or join your kids downstairs in the game room with a hoop-shoot, a multicade arcade game, another TV, and access to another deck. At night, you'll find that there's one bedroom on each of the three floors (including a primary suite on the top floor), allowing for the utmost in privacy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
