Suites feature private bedrooms with one king bed in the master and one king or two double beds in the guest room. You will appreciate the economy of a fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of a washer/dryer in each suite. Plus, separate living/dining areas, a whirlpool tub and a private balcony to enjoy the view are all extras that will make you feel right at home on your Smoky Mountain getaway.
Head south near Gatlinburg to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and experience an unforgettable time out. Here, you'll take in the scenic beauty while hiking, biking, swimming and horseback riding. For families with kids Dollywood® and Dollywood's Splash Country ® are not to be missed. Both are less than ten miles from the resort. For a high-speed experience, head to NASCAR Speedpark ®, less than five miles away. Rainforest Adventures Discovery Zoo, Elvis Museum and the Tennessee Museum of Aviation are not to be missed.
Families of all ages will never want to leave the comforts and amenities offered at Club Wyndham Great Smokies Lodge. Wilderness at the Smokies water park is an attraction in and of itself with plenty of water rides and activities. If it gets too cold, families can head inside to the 80,000 square foot water park. Golfers can challenge their skills on the well-groomed 18-hole golf course (adjacent to property). Onsite Water Parks Management & Hours
Portions of the resort's on-site water parks are closed for roughly a month annually during the fall for routine maintenance. The on-site water parks are not managed by Wyndham, and hours may vary due to staffing, repairs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, the parks have reduced hours of operation starting mid-August and lasting until the parks close for the season. Annual Water Park Closure
Due to maintenance there are some features at the water park that will not be available through Sep. 20, 2019. Two of the four slides will always remain open during scheduled maintenance with the exception of Aug. 21 & 22 when they will all be closed.
