Ideally located just 6 miles south of historic old St Augustine, 35 miles north of Daytona, and less than 2 hours from Orlando, this is the perfect location for your weekend, weekly, or monthly getaway.
This beautifully decorated ground floor condo sleeps six. Sofa bed in living room. It has tile floors throughout. Just steps to the beach and you will see why this unit is often booked. Located in the "C" building, you're just mere steps to the pool, pickle ball court, shuffleboard, and tennis courts, so bring the suntan lotion and be ready for a great vacation. Dedicated parking right out the front door.
This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a fully stocked modern kitchen with a double sink, and a Keurig coffee maker. So, bring your favorite coffee pods, just in case you decide to have your coffee in or on the patio. There are plenty of kitchen/cooking supplies should you need. Dining room seating for six or just pull up to the breakfast bar and enjoy your meal. Either way you're going to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere that this unit brings.

With flat screen TVs in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom, you can sit back on the very comfortable couch, which is also a queen sleeper, or lay on the new comfortable King size master bed and just know that you made the right choice. There is wireless Internet in the unit for your convenience.

The condo has 2 upgraded full baths. The master has a shower/tub combination, and the second bath has a new all glass walk- in shower. In addition, the condo also has a full-size washer and dryer, screened in patio with patio furniture and the list goes on. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. This unit has it all. All linens and bath towels are also provided. Just bring your clothes and some food and you’re ready to enjoy.

Did I mention that you can bring your boat, jet ski, or your kayaks? Yes, you can. There is free parking for smaller boats on property at Building A, as well as a boat ramp to the at the Intracoastal waterway. You can't get any closer. Walk across the street to the entrance of the beach.

Unacceptable Stay Pelican Inlet C117

Other than the location of the property, Pelican Inlet C117 is a joke. The unit was filthy when we arrived, towels were mildewed, there was an over whelming bleach smell and the HVAC cooling system had a preprogrammed thermostat that would not allow the air to be cooled enough to be comfortable. We had to change out the thermostat to make it comfortable enough to stay the entire week. It was 97 degrees in Florida in July. I would suggest you use someone other than VRBO to book your vacation and definetly don't ever stay at Pelican Inlet C117. I can say I was in other Condos at this property and they seemed to be nicer than C117.

Fun time

We had a really good time. The condo was decorated cute. My only complaints were that the people they use to clean the condo must not be doing their job. After getting in and settled we noticed that the bedroom with the king bed had dirt and dog hair all over the bed. It seemed as though that bed had not been cleaned. The comforter was dirty but the sheets were also. The tile floors were not clean. We all remove our shoes when we go into a house. All of us had black feet after walking around for just a few moments. The couch was not comfortable at all to sit on. Luckily we spent most of the time out of the condo. Also, you only get one parking space. Parking is very limited and people will take your spot. There were people that could not find a spot at all that were staying a couple doors down. All in all the condo was super cute. If they get someone to clean it a little better and update the couch it would be great.

Will get your steps in

Great get away for our family. The only thing I would have to say was not the best is the access to the walk way to get to the beach. The road is really busy and getting across it is somewhat scary/unsafe. There are 98 stairs to go up and down. If you’re needing to get your steps in for the day you should walk the walk way! In the condo itself, there should be more toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent. They only supplied two of each and that did not get us through the week. The condo was clean and the pool was nice as well. It had a family friendly atmosphere and it wasn’t commercialized like some beaches can get. It was truly a quiet little place. I only wish I would have known about the dogs that could walk the beach. We would have brought our fur babies with us.

Great stay cute condo

There is a boat ramp at the end of the street, we went fishing there (need a bobber due to the rocks). Lots of crabs and caterpillar looking things we used as bait. The master bed was FIRM I can't do FIRM so I slept in the twin bed and in the recliner. Husband sleeps flat, so he didn't care. Two notes to the host. The refrigerator freezer is showing signs of crystal ice, could be an issue and the exhaust fans in the bathroom (I think its just the one. needs to be oiled its a bit loud. (those fans shouldn't make that much noise). We will be back thank you.

Pelican Inlet C117

Absolutely loved this condo. It was up to date and clean and equipped with everything that we needed. We also loved the pool. The construction was very noisy and bothersome the first couple weeks until they moved down to the other building. But overall we enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion is to make a overhead walk bridge for crossing the busy street that takes you to the beach. It was a bit dangerous for my children and small dog.

Very clean & enjoyable

It was just a short weekend stay - just a little getaway - it was a last minute thought & we were thankful to find this place that allowed our small dog. It was clean & exceptionally well equipped with everything you would need. It is across the street from the ocean & a short walk - up & down some stairs but the beach was beautiful - so worth the walk.

I would highly recommend staying at this location.

The unit was extremely clean, organized, had everything that was listed available, and convenient. The only drawback was walking across the road to get to the beach. The walkway was deceiving from the picture. Other than that, we enjoyed our short vacation.
