Newly refreshed property, new furniture, quiet and conveniently located to highways and Penn State. No microwaves in room, only a shared one near front desk. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

The tv was programmed to a certain volume and was unable to raise the volume. Fridge had water inside of it and was unplugged. The room was very clean and comfortable. Other than the two above mentioned items it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel was newly renovated, close to Penn State, welcoming staff, close to bald eagle state park, nice breakfast, great water temp in the shower, and close to Bellefonte which is a great town.

When I arrived I was assigned a room that was dirty. Bathroom was flooded. Bathroom door had a punch mark. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. Room smelled of weed. I was moved two more times due to TV not working. Breakfast was no existent. Not recommended this place!!!!!

Curb appeal is poor but rooms are great

A room was a pleasant surprise because it’s been newly updated and it was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel in general is older and the lobby area could use an update so when we first got there, we were a little skeptical however, our room was great and I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom floor was dirty. The pillows smell terrible. Again a protective cover needs to go over pillows before the pillowcases go on. One of the employees we overheard not being very cordial to a patron regarding breakfast being over. When we left we had a very helpful gentleman employee that helped carry my bag and opened the door for us I have a little bit of a disability and that ramp was not a good ramp with the ability to open the door with your key card your luggage and juggling all your other stuff and there was some kind of shoe cleaner to the left of the door being opened which was pretty much in your way. This hotel needs quite a bit of updates. And the lobby leading to your rooms the hallway also was smotheringly hot. No AC. The ramp is somewhat dangerous.Thank you.
