I stayed here with my family, as I was attending graduation at FSU. In terms of positives regarding my stay, we did enjoy the collegiate decorations and location! However, this property doesn’t meet expectations for basic human decentness—it is essential that A/C be running properly at an inn in Florida in August. I also saw and killed some small roaches in the bathroom and near the door. While pests are a given anywhere, I was just a bit uncomfortable with how many small German roaches I saw. Lastly, perhaps because of how hot the rooms were, a lot of people hung out just outside their rooms at night. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe at this location. It’s hard to explain but just all the people congregating in front of my door was weird. I feel regretful that I subjected my family to these conditions and wish I had found lodging elsewhere. Hope this reviews helps other people!

The owners obviously use stock photos from other RRI for their advertising. Nothing about this property was accurate. There was no refrigerator in the room as stated. There was a greasy film on every piece of furniture and mirror in the room. The AC barely worked. The mattress was so old that you rolled towards the center. I've stayed at other RRI and this one made the others look like the Ritz Carlton. I give this place two thumbs down. Disgusting.

This was the worst experience that we have had at a Red Roof so far. Will not stay at this location again. The first room had the TV turned on when we went in and there was no remote to change channels or turn it off. The representative at the check in desk gave us another remote and it did not work. Ended up moving us to another room and the air did not work and the drawers on the furniture pieces were broken and knobs were missing. The headboard and the floor were filthy and there was a lot of damage to the room. Thank goodness we were only in there for a few hours to sleep halfway through a long road trip.

The room was filthy. No hot water, the chest of drawers looked like a dog had peed all over it. Room smelled moldy. No extras of any kind! Don’t stay here!!

I want my money back this es by far the worst place ever.I asked for a refund they told me No on the first day I arrived and I didn’t have any money to stay anywhere else so I had to deal with it. There were roaches holes in the wall I have a videos and picture please send me my money back

I checked out of the hotel 15 minutes after arriving. There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet was leaking. The room smelled horrible. When we went back up the the front desk she didn’t even act like she cared about the problems. We had to find a different place to stay at the last minute because of these issues.

Horrible. They have roaches. The sheets are stained and dingy. I had to go buy sheets and pillows. If I could have found another room I would've left. The bathroom had a used face cloth hanging on the shower rod.

Honestly, this is where previous warnings needed to be heeded. Usually I ignore previous negative reviews, hoping it's mostly curcumstantial or a guest had a gripe to grind with someone. This time, previous negative reviews have proven to be correct. Too much to list here, although here is a few: 1. Housekeeping only knocked once in a week. 2. The cleaning was a joke. 3. Promise for new sheets did not materialize and no explanation provided. 4. Stained sheets. 5. Insufficient and dirty towels. 6. Shower handle defective. 7. Infant crawled once on floor and pant's knees were dark as charcoal. Only what came to mind is listed here. In the end, the advice is to simply stay away, if at all possible. I must clarify that front desk staff were quite nice and courteous. However, it seems one would need to constantly be going to office to request everything.

Terrible Experience/ Do not Recommend

This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was in a deplorable state: there were cockroaches, and it was clear the room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. The bed wasn’t even made, and there was still garbage left in the trash bin. The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance, and it's obvious they are severely understaffed. To top it off, the receptionist barely spoke English, making it difficult to communicate any issues. This hotel is not worth your time or money. Avoid at all costs.

These people shouldn't be allowed to own a Red Roof. They just ran it in the ground. Rooms were old bathtub was filthy and the drain was clogged up. No one cleaned the room during our stay. They didn't give us fresh towels They said they were out when only a few rooms were occupied and could have gotten towels from another room. These people don't care! They need to be put out of business!!
