Guess I shouldn’t have expected much for the price. Room was disgusting, cob webs in the corners, sticky floors and strange stains all over the bed spread. Too late to go anywhere else so slept on towels. Seriously the bedding was that bad

Unclean rooms
We checked in and went to our room and it was utterly disgusting!! I asked to be moved to another room and it was better but still nasty. My friend and I went to Walmart and got sheets and a blanket and a pillow so we could even feel comfortable enough to sleep. We also bought Lysol spray and wipes and cleaned the room. Half the lights didn’t work or didn’t have light bulbs. There was stains all over the bedding. My bed had hairs under the cover and multiple hairs in the shower as well. Will never stay there again!

Although it was just a place to sleep and shower, there are things that were very lacking. Shower walls were very dirty. Seems those always get neglected during the cleaning process. If you've ever watched the process, the tub is generally a wipe out. Do they even use cleaning products? The floors were tile. Not sure they'd ever been mopped. When my feet get black from walking across the floor right out of the shower makes me wonder. Ask for two additional towels, was asked to bring the dirty ones back to the office. Sheets had cigarette burns in them in a non smoking room. Quality Inn and suites in Canton, do better. I will say, I left my pillows and they did save them for me.

The bathroom in this room was terrible not something I would have anyone use. We rented a non smoking room and the room was full of smoke scent so that we could not rest satisfactorily. We checked out at 6:30 PM on the second night August 31, 2024 because we could not get any rest. The smoke sent was terrible all in the bedding, pillows etc. After checking out we were told we could not get a receipt until the next day because check out time was not until the next day. The room was horrible.

Everything was great until checkout time. They showed up at 9am banging on. The door wanting to know when my daughter and grandson were leaving. Checkout was not even till 11am.

Room with jacuzzi doesn’t exist. the unpleasant staff didn’t take care about me, told me that Expedia was wrong with the photos, it was not his problem. if you read the reviews, I’m not the only one that he is very angry about this unpleasant episode, also I am still waiting for the refund since the hotel does not answer the phone.

If all you need is a bed to sleep, this motel will do. Breakfast is not good. Very little selection and what was there was all Great Value brand. The pump on the pool was turned off overnight so the pool was full of bugs. Staff is not the friendliest in the world.

Long week in canton
Need to spray rooms. Killed 4 spiders, 10 crickets and 2 roaches. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too small. Parking was horrific! Spaces were too small and not enough spaces. TOILET was too short- cant figure that one out! Being serenading by crickets right now-again! Too many construction trucks taking up multiple parking spaces!!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this location in order to attend First Monday Trade Days. The staff were very nice and helpful when we needed something. The room appeared to have been updated, but some things were not finished, such as the chailking around the top and bottom of tub. The hotel advertised of a "hot breakfast" and all they had that was hot were the waffles. I was disappointed in that. Other than that, the room was average.
