The front desk gentleman was very friendly and polite we booked 2 rooms for last minute trip and needed sleep the one room bed had dirty underneath blankets had to bring blanket in from car threw on bed to sleep the other room tub was clogged and long black hair but like front desk was kind and friendly
Without a doubt, THE BEST Motel 6 I have ever stayed in.
Very nice man at check in, engaging and interested. Hotel must be very new. My only complaint is the mattress slides away from the wall when you sit in bed watching TV. Very good shower, micro, fridge. I hope it is the same next time I stay there.
The room was clean but need new bed spread because the one I had shown signs of stains, however they did wash it and brought it back clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The price was too high for the service the offered. The regular $70 was almost tripled because of the event going on that weekend. I did not mind the price, but it was too much because it was almost equal to the better hotels that offer more imamates.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. The rooms was fairly nice for what it was But, even though we got a non smoking room there was cigarette burns in the mattress, blankets and, towels.
The staff in the office were very nice and helpful but the room itself left a lot to be desired. Very very basic. No shampoo, no hair dryer, no coffee maker. No breakfast or even coffee in office. Bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom and one bedspread was very stained. There was a microwave and fridge however in room and beds were reasonably comfy. Location was good for me. People - nice. Facility - not so much.
Upon arrival the room smelled like a dirty ashtray. The bedding had cigarette burns in it. That was not even the biggest concern. I opened the fridge and a baby cockroach crawled around the edge. My husband killed it and then within 10 minutes we saw 2 more. At that point we went down to find the guy working the office and he was downstairs in the breezeway coming out of a room. When we told him the bug issue he said he was sorry that he told them and they won’t do anything about it. There was another family there that we knew and they had already moved rooms. So we knew there were not any other rooms available. We went back to our room to try to make it work and 2 more roaches came out. At that point I decided I was not staying in unsanitary conditions. We went to the office to check out and request a refund. We were informed we could not be checked out until the next day at check out time. I was not offered a receipt or anything. He called the manager to ask if they would refund our money and the manager said offer us someone else’s room who did not show. Those individuals were also traveling for the same purpose of us and had just not arrived yet. The guy in the office told us to call back the next day to check out. We left. I called the next morning and the lady said she would have to ask about refund long our 2nd night and she would call me back. A couple of hours later I still had not received a call back so we went to the hotel to get a receipt.
