The staff were great but there was zero wifi and that was unacceptable. Also the free breakfast was not there. There were workman staying there and they ate all the food. The poor clerk was alone and trying do it all. I will not stay again. I will be lodging a complaint with corporate

There was only 1 staff person. The hotel is out dated. Smells musty. Its dirty, elevator didn't work. It's more of a hotel for local workers or people who live in hotels. Not a vacation spot. Would not recommend.

The only saving grace of this property was the staff - they were great. Our room smelled very strongly of mildew - like it had previously flooded and hadn’t been properly cleaned and dried. My daughter and I had a significant cough for 2 weeks afterwards - it’s entirely possible that our coughs were unrelated to our stay but with a room that odourous and the timing, I find it hard to label it solely a coincidence.

The front desk staff was pleasant and tried to be helpful. The motel is understaffed. Nothing works. They offer free WIFI, it works if you ate in the lobby. Asked for a receipt, the printer wasn't working. Eevator to 2nd floor not working. Our room had an odd odour all the time

Paid for a King Suite through Expedia. Did not get the room we paid for. Front desk said take this issued up with Expedia (Pre Paid). Not much help.

Dirty and Smelly Hotel

Filthy Smelly Hotel needed a good clean. The smell of stale smoke hits you as soon as you walk into the Hotel couldn’t wait to return home for a Bath. Did not attempt Breakfast as the smell was actually worse outside of the Hotel. Have never stayed anywhere that smelt as bad as this. Very Dark and Dingy. The lift was still out of order. I have been itching since staying at this place. Never ever again

This hotel needs to be brought up to date. The first thing we noticed were chunks of pavement missing out of the sidewalk and the flowerbeds were weedy and unkempt. The glass doors entering the Lobby were extremely dirty and we noticed that the elevator was out of order. However, the staff was pleasant and we were checked in quickly. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a funny smell which I think was coming from the old and outdated carpeting. Also, the bed was not very comfortable and we didn’t get a very restful sleep. On the plus side, the room itself as well as the bathroom was extremely clean. We also liked having a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. The complementary breakfast was excellent and had a very good variety such as bacon and scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, cereal, orange juice, porridge, muffins, bagels, yogurt, coffee and tea. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give this hotel a 6.
