The guy at check in was awesome. Breakfast was really good and the lady kept the options stocked up. Close to Yellowstone NP and the area around was close to shops and restaurants but was nice a quiet at night. Didn’t use the pool but constantly saw people in it and they looked like they were having fun. Staff were really nice. Rooms were good and of good size. Clean.

Overall it was a great stay! Room is very spacious and staffs are helpful, parking is easy. Breakfast is continental. The only issue is the room wall is really thin, I could hear the next door lady's voice since 6:30 she was awake.....other than that beds are comfy, room is very clean, no complain at all. We stayed at Mouse creek inn last year, room at Yellowstone lodge is two times bigger then there.

West Yellowstone is a beautiful area. During the summer and winter months, this area is overrun with tourists visiting the Yellowstone National Park. We may have stayed during the fringe season but this hotel seemed rundown. The outdoor sign was colored black. The walls were scuffed and the carpet had stains. The pool bathroom was closed because it was recently painted. I hope that they are in the process of updating and we caught them during some much needed maintenance. Our next visit we'll stay somewhere else just to be safe. On a positive note, I must say the staff was quite nice.

There was some sort of compressor or HVAC system that started up about every 90 secs in the evening and starting at 6:15 am. Impossible to sleep.

Close enough to walk to Dodd and breweries and stores. Unfortunate that their TV connections were not operational, but not their fault. Did not detract from our stay with Wi-Fi Tv on our IPad. Staff very friendly and helpful
